1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Zorve ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

Zorve is a gratitude journaling application that allows users to record daily gratitude entries with optional photos, view history, and generate monthly review cards. All data is stored locally on your device.

3. User Account

The App creates a local account on your device. No registration with external servers is required. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your device and your data.

4. In-App Purchases

The App offers virtual coins that can be purchased through Apple's In-App Purchase system. These coins are used to generate monthly review cards. All purchases are:

• Non-refundable (except as required by applicable law or Apple's refund policies)
• Non-transferable between devices or accounts
• Consumable digital content

5. Virtual Currency

Coins are virtual items with no real-world monetary value. They exist solely within the App and cannot be exchanged, transferred, or redeemed for real currency. We reserve the right to modify the pricing and availability of coins at any time.

6. User Content

You retain all rights to the content you create within the App, including journal entries and photos. Since all data is stored locally, we have no access to or control over your content.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the App only for its intended purpose as a personal gratitude journal. You may not:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the App's systems
• Use the App for any illegal or unauthorized purpose

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that data loss will not occur.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to loss of data.

10. Data Loss

Since all data is stored locally on your device, we are not responsible for data loss due to device damage, software updates, or account deletion. We recommend regular device backups.

11. Termination

You may stop using the App at any time by deleting it from your device. We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to the App at any time without notice.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

13. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles.
